Crawford Technologies Inc. Announces Support for TIFF Conversion

Toronto, Ontario, February 9, 2007. Crawford Technologies Inc. (CrawfordTech) is pleased to announce the addition of support for the TIFF image formats to its industry leading transform software suite. This new PRO Image product family will enable the CrawfordTech PRO suite to support the ingestion of TIFF files and conversion of these files to AFP, PDF, PostScript, PCL, PNG and Xerox LCDS/Metacode. The software is available for Windows, z/OS, AIX, Solaris, Linux and HP-UX operating systems.

The support for this additional industry standard format further increases the gap in the "ANY to ANY" transform capability between CrawfordTech and its competitors. When combined with the wide range of operating system platforms supported by the PRO suite of transforms, there is no software available to better meet customers' ever evolving requirements while protecting their past investments.

The support for TIFF input files by the CrawfordTech PRO transform suite enables customers to add images from scanners or archives to transactional data to create powerful new customer or internal use documents such as image statements, manufacturing documentation, invoices and notices.
