PRO Suite includes the PRO Transform Manager product, which automates print stream conversions, other preparatory steps and manages the output documents. Running on Solaris, AIX, Linux, Unix and Windows systems, PRO Transform Manager can automate the workflow, sending completed files to appropriate printers, directories or ftp sites.

The PRO JES Spool Extraction product, running on z/OS, OS/390 and MVS systems, allows the customers to automate the workflow of processing JES2 and JES3 spool datasets.

The PRO Suite also includes the PRO Splitter plug-in for splitting files into separate subdocuments based on various criteria. PRO Splitter notifies workflow managers of the actions taken. This can be used to create individual customer files or break the larger files into smaller segments.
