President

An electronic document industry pioneer, Ernie Crawford, EDP, has 25 years of senior marketing and management experience in the high volume electronic printing market. At Xerox Canada, Ernie built successful national marketing and support organizations. Prior to founding Crawford Technologies, he was a founder of CDP Communications Inc, a highly successful developer of print stream management software. Mr. Crawford's strong technical background that includes 16 years of experience with electronic document systems has been recognized worldwide. As a result, Ernie has consulted with many prominent companies in the industry including IBM, Xerox, StorageTek, Moore Business Communications and many others. Today, his vision and expertise drive the innovative success of Crawford Technologies.


Stuart Warner

Vice President, Marketing & Sales

As a 25 year veteran of the high volume transactional production printing industry, Stuart has held a broad range of management positions in organizations such as Xerox Canada Ltd., INTRIA Items Inc., Canada Systems Group, Fiserv Corporation and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board of Ontario. Stuart has been the driver of many “firsts” in the industry including the development of Xerox’s IPDS printer controller products. Through these initiatives he has gained a broad range of experience within the transactional printing industry both as a customer and a vendor within the corporate, government and service bureau environments. As Vice President of Marketing and Sales, Stuart is responsible for developing and directing our sales channel development, strategic planning and marketing communications.


Stewart Rogers

Director of Marketing Communications

Stewart Rogers has been involved in managing sales & marketing within technology firms for over 17 years, with a particular focus on the printing solutions and business intelligence sectors. His background includes roles as IT Manager for the UK’s largest privately-held book publisher, Sales Director and Managing Director for various software companies and Senior Consultant for IT project management and business process improvement firms. Formerly the head of the Europe, Middle East and Africa office of Create!form International, Stewart has built and maintained close partnerships with companies such as Xerox, Océ, HP, Deloitte, KPMG, JD Edwards, SAP and Cognos (an IBM company). Stewart has developed an expertise in social media marketing services over the last ten years, which has led to him advising many companies and service providers in this area.


Tim Ciceran

Manager, Technical Services

Tim has 10 years experience in the high volume electronic printing industry, with a particular focus on data transformation, print production and web presentment solutions. His background includes R&D, project leadership, IT management and technical team management with Imaging Research Inc., Xenos Group and Crawford Technologies Inc. His early work in customer support and professional services allowed CrawfordtTech to build strong relationships with its ever-expanding customer base.  Tim is responsible for CrawfordTech's client technical support, professional services, IT infrastructure and QA.


Dave Hook

Director, Product Management

Dave has been in the transaction printing industry for 25 years, and has held a broad range of management positions in organizations such as Xerox Canada Ltd., Symcor Inc., and Davis + Henderson. He has led the introduction of many products such as cheque image statements, electronic statement archives, statement composition services, Braille and large format printing services, statement marketing (transpromo), and many others. Through these initiatives he has gained a broad range of experience within the transactional printing industry both as a vendor and as a services provider to the banking, telecommunications, loyalty, retail and other industries. As Director of Product Management, Dave is responsible for directing and developing the portfolio of software products and solutions.


Jim Perkins

Manager, Archive Management Solutions

Jim has over 14 years of experience in the document archiving industry with focus in document transformation, indexing, compression, encryption, and high-volume archiving and distribution. His background includes software development, consulting, engineering management, sales, and product management at Optimus Corporation, Acartus Incorporated and EMC Corporation. Jim has been involved in our PRO Archiver product since its early inception with the Acartus Corporation. Jim is responsible for managing Crawford Technologies’ Archive Management Solutions division based in Colorado, USA.
