OEM - a software company that embeds Crawford technology into their solutions using our API or command line interface. Companies in this category can include EBPP vendors, document composition vendors, print server vendors, ECM and COLD system vendors and report distribution vendors.
Value-added Reseller - a company that sells, implements and supports CrawfordTech products. Qualifications include significant print stream expertise, a large customer base, and significant strategic opportunities. There is a minimum commitment amount that partners must meet to participate. Contracts are individually negotiated.
Reference Partner - an associated channel partner or systems integration firm who actively represents and proposes CrawfordTech software solutions to their clients, yet does not want to make the investment required to become a value-added reseller or OEM partner.
