The print files can be AFP, Xerox metacode or LCDS, PDF, PostScript or PCL. With the PRO Indexer, a designer can define the extraction rules for each section using whatever algorithm works best for that particular section. Since many sections can run from one page to the next and can begin or end in many different ways, a scripting capability makes it possible to extract even the most challenging data reliably.

Convert to HTML or PDF for Web Delivery

PRO transforms can convert the extracted documents from any major print format to HTML or PDF pages ready to display in the client’s Web delivery system. This allows organizations to utilize mission-critical or legacy print files in Web applications. Documents, such as customer statements, bills, invoices, policies and confirmations, can be displayed in standard browsers giving customer service agents and customers instant online access to the relevant data. The displayed documents can also be printed by or emailed to users.
