We now include a Knowledgebase in our web site that contains a wealth of information to assist customers and vendors in working with PRO print-streams.

This database contains entries extracted daily from our Customer Care System. It includes two types of entries, Incident Reports and Software Release Notices.

Incident Reports describe problems or opportunities presented to us by our customers and OEM partners. Each includes:
  • A single line abstract description of the incident
  • A detailed description of the incident symptoms
  • Comments about the problem or application which is updated as our support staff investigates the incident
  • Details of the solution provided to resolve the incident
  • If software changes were part of the solution, the Incident report has links to the applicable Software Release Notices.
Software Release Notices describe problem fixes, referred to as PTFxxx (PTF stands for Program Temporary Fix) and program enhancements, referred to as URMxxx (URM stands for User Requested Modification).

Software Release Notices describe the nature of the change made to our program and can be cross-referenced with the software levels in your version of PRO software to ensure that you have the correct maintenance levels.
