PRO Concatenator improves workflow and reduces processing costs by concatenating, merging, commingling and/or re-sequencing selected files into one large optimized production file. This capability is especially useful for organizations that produce large numbers of individual documents generated by distributed, web based or departmental applications, while production equipment and document archiving and other systems require single, large files..

- Improve the productivity of print production/insertion process by only having to set up single, large jobs instead of setting up many, small jobs and by utilizing faster, more productive and cost-effective printing and inserting technologies

Optimize print/mail operations
- Removing duplicate resources during concatenation minimizes printer controller processing and slowdowns therefore maximizing throughput
- Convert input files into alternative formats when processing AFP, TIFF, PCL, line print data and Xerox Metacode/LCDS files. Output can then be written in AFP, PDF, PostScript, Metacode, TIFF, PNG or PCL formats
- Merge, commingle and/or re-sequence print files, PDFs and images with the help of the page range capability
