Crawford Technologies Shares How to Improve Customer Experience with Mobile-ready Communications at the 2019 Xploration Tour in Toronto

July 11, 2019, Toronto, ON – Crawford Technologies, provider of innovative document solutions that streamline, improve and manage customer communications, announced it is sponsoring and speaking at the 2019 Xploration Tour in Toronto, being held Wednesday, July 17 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:20 p.m. at the City of Toronto Archives. The Xploration Tour is a joint venture with Xplor USA and Xplor Canada that will focus on best practices and the latest technologies for producing effective, efficient customer communications and driving a better customer experience.

Crawford Technologies will lead the following educational sessions:

Improve Your Customer Experience with Mobile-ready Communications” will be presented by Scott Baker, executive vice president of Crawford Technologies, on Wednesday, July 17 from 11:25 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Baker will summarize the ways enterprises and print service providers are responding to changing customer expectations with the adoption of new methods and best practices that transform existing composed documents into responsive mobile-ready communications.

 

  • Digital Experience Solutions” will be presented by Ernie Crawford, president and CEO of Crawford Technologies, on Wednesday, July 17 from 12:20 p.m. to 12:35 p.m. Crawford will discuss omni-channel, mobile-ready communications, preference management, document accessibility and other CrawfordTech solutions that can be used to improve digital customer experiences.
