Four educational sessions to start your ‘Waves of Change’ at MAILCOM 2014

Crawford Technologies is proud to announce that David Day, Product Marketing Manager at Crawford Technologies, will be speaking at four educational sessions during this year’s conference. The 34th Annual MAILCOM Conference and Exhibition, is taking place in Tropicana Hotel and Resort Atlantic City, NJ from February 10-13. MAILCOM attracts the world’s leading professionals in the mail communications industry, as well as serving as the industry’s educational authority in promoting and advancing the art and science of mail communications.

An active member and presenter at MAILCOM, Xplor International and various other user and industry groups, David Day brings 32 years of experience in the document management, print and mail industry. David Day is the Product Marketing Manager at Crawford Technologies and responsible for worldwide education and integration of their Automated Output Management solutions, including mailing environment optimization, digital or eDelivery and customer preference management. In this role he works with customers, prospects sales and product development to identify customer requirements, evaluate solutions and make solution recommendations. nbsp;nbsp;

In this session we will explore the pros and cons of digital mailbox services (and other alternative distribution methods) and the USPS. Both have their place, but how will you adapt to support the desires of your customers? We will look at traditional mail, digital mailboxes, dropboxes, mobile mail and mail for the visually impaired. This session is geared for end users as well as service bureaus that are mailing transactional documents to their customers. nbsp;nbsp;
