Welcome to the Spring edition of the Crawford Courier. 2015 continues to be a great year for Crawford Technologies, with lots of exciting projects and events that we have been involved in and new projects and activities to look forward to for the balance of the year. As you may be aware, this year is our 20th year in business, and it is a significant milestone for both me and the company.
Since kicking off our 20th Anniversary with a company-wide celebration in Toronto in mid-May, we have had the chance to reflect on our shared journey to the present, the reasons why we are in business, and where we are headed in the future. This newsletter will touch on many of these topics and more.
Crawford Technologies has been fortunate to be recognized with a number of awards in 2015: the Xplor International Application of the Year for the City of Glendale implementation of Riptide, a GOLD award from the Colorado BMA for our website, again as part of the Branham 300 list of Canada's top 300 ICT companies, and were named again by Profit Magazine as one of the fastest growing Canadian firms. Chris Halicki, who manages our customer support organization, was also recognized this year by Xplor International as an M-EDP.
We have introduced a number of new solutions including the Canada epost(TM) Bundle, which is profiled in the newsletter.
Crawfordtech has been involved in some exciting and challenging initiatives with our customers who are implementing new technologies that leverage legacy systems, and one of them is profiled in the included CMOD banking case study.
Accessibility is an area of focus for Crawford Technologies, and as the regulatory environment is constantly changing, we have posted an article about upcoming changes to the Section 508 regulations.
I mentioned the City of Glendale earlier, and we have included the case study on their implementation of Riptide. If you are interested in viewing it, follow the embedded link to the recent Xplor webinar regarding this application.
Part of the Crawford Technology DNA is encapsulated in our core values, and I believe that one of the big things that sets us apart is our commitment to applying them in our daily activities. During the Toronto 20th anniversary event, many stories were shared among us regarding how important these core values are in helping us work with our customers and prospects. We have posted a short video which presents what are truly guiding principles for the Crawfordtech team, and I hope that you have the time to view it. If you have examples of how our team has interacted with you and demonstrated some of our core values, I would love to hear those stories from you.
As always, I hope you find the case studies informative and useful. Please contact me with your suggestions.
