This is an exciting time for Crawford Technologies, and we are glad that we are able to share our insight, news and expertise with you. As you can see we have continued on our path to delivering our valued customers and industry contacts news in a format to suite your busy lifestyle. This HTML format of our newsletter, new for the January 2012 issue, garnered a lot of good feedback and we appreciate the opportunity to continue building important relationships with you through its delivery.
We are staying busy here at Crawford Technologies and have had a number of announcements this March that we believe will shape the future of our industry. This month we are pleased to announce PRO Channel Manager, a new solution that provides the management of customer preferences and choice for e-delivery channels such as digital mailbox services. PRO Channel Manager and the multi-channel trend in the print and mail industry are setting digital mailbox services on a path to revolutionize the way we communicate with consumers. If you want to learn more about the potential cost savings and learn why adopting now is key, we invite you to attend our April 4 webinar at 1 p.m. EST.
In other new announcements, our Archive Management Solutions division released PRO Archiver 3.0, the latest version of our innovative archive product that now allows for native print files, such as AFP and Metacode, to be archived into systems like EMC’s Documentum without the need for transformation during the loading process. Be sure to read our article highlighting the benefits of this new feature, Archiving Native Print Files: How to Gain Efficiency and Reduce Cost, in this edition of the Crawford Courier.
As we mentioned this is a busy month for Crawford Technologies including two trade shows we are proud to be sponsoring. We are a Platinum sponsor of Xplor this year. We will be at the Xplor Conference and Vendor Forum in Tampa Bay March 27-29. Dave Hook and I will be speaking in several informative sessions covering multi-channel, digital mailbox services and how to build an end-to-end architecture. We will also be sponsoring the Beach Bash on the Wednesday evening, so if you are at the Conference come out for dinner and drinks on us.
Our other presence this month is at the AIIM Conference 2012 in San Francisco March 20-22. Joining as a Gold sponsor we are proud to be involved in the first year of the renewed AIIM Conference. As a provider to the Enterprise Content Management market, we look forward to meeting with all the attendees at the sold out conference. It should be a great place to discuss challenges, find solutions and build new relationships. If you would like to meet with us at the conference, be sure to contact us and we will be happy to discuss the challenges your business needs to solve with regards to ECM systems.
Just as a reminder, in the last issue we talked about a number of topics from our new PRO Suite Version 4.0 and PRO Viewer product to important business challenges like needing to view print-streams in a multitude of situations and a look at the day in the life of an Operations Manager. If you missed the last issue, we invite you to read it at your convenience by clicking here.
We hope you enjoy this issue.
